John Young has stepped down from his directorial role at RareX Limited as of July 14, 2024. He holds significant interests in the company through family trusts, with 500,000 ordinary shares and a further 7,104,000 ordinary shares plus 633,334 quoted options in the superannuation fund. These financial interests were disclosed in accordance with corporate regulations and ASX listing rules.
