Brent Berg has stepped down as President, CEO, and director of Rare Element Resources Ltd., effective March 20, 2024, with no disclosed disagreements regarding company operations. Kenneth Mushinski will take over as President and CEO starting May 1, bringing extensive experience from various leadership roles in the energy and mining sectors. Kelli Kast will serve as interim President and CEO from March 20 until Mushinski’s tenure begins. This executive shuffle aims to steer Rare Element Resources towards new horizons with seasoned leadership at the helm.
