Rank Group’s Director Executes Share Vesting Plan

Rank Group plc (GB:RNK) has released an update.

Mark Harper, the Grosvenor Managing Director of Rank Group Plc, has seen the first tranche of his award vest on August 21, 2024, as per the terms agreed upon his appointment. As a result, Harper has sold 19,790 ordinary shares at a price of £0.767892 each to cover the tax liabilities associated with the vesting shares. These transactions were disclosed in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation and occurred outside a trading venue and on the London Stock Exchange.
