Ramsdens Holdings PLC has announced the implementation of its Long-Term Incentive Plan 7 for senior management, including share options tied to performance targets for the CEO and CFO, along with other key directors. The plan is designed to incentivize management over the next three years and includes both conditional and unconditional share awards with strict provisions for clawback and malus. The overall aim is to align the interests of the management team with those of the shareholders by setting specific earnings and shareholder return targets.
