Ramsdens Executives Increase Shareholdings

Ramsdens Holdings (GB:RFX) has released an update.

Ramsdens Holdings PLC, a diversified financial services provider, has announced significant share acquisitions by two of its top directors. Simon Herrick, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,865 ordinary shares, while Mark Smith, Finance Director of a trading subsidiary, bought 4,870 shares. These transactions, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, have increased their total holdings to 24,815 and 34,493 ordinary shares respectively.
