Ramp Metals Inc. plans to resolve $131,476.90 in accounts payable through the issuance of 730,424 common shares, priced at $0.18 each. This debt settlement strategy will enable the company to conserve cash for future operations, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. No new control person will emerge from the transaction, which includes a related party transaction exempt from certain requirements.
