RAM Essential Services Property Fund has announced a distribution of 1.4000 cents per stapled security for the quarter ending June 2024, with a payment date set for 29 July 2024. The trusts, considered withholding managed investment trusts for tax purposes, have disclosed estimated distribution components, relevant for non-resident tax withholding and not for Australian resident investors’ tax returns. RAM’s goal is to provide stable and secure income with potential for growth, backed by a portfolio of medical and essential retail properties.
