Raiz Invest Limited announces a new securities offering, with plans to issue up to 4,878,048 ordinary shares under a securities purchase plan and an additional 4,813,638 shares through a placement or other issue. The purchase plan records date is set for August 23, 2024, with the offer closing on September 13, 2024, and the placement proposed issue date is August 29, 2024.
