Raiz Invest Director Increases Shareholdings

Raiz Invest Ltd. (AU:RZI) has released an update.

Raiz Invest Ltd. has announced a change in director Brendan Barry Malone’s shareholdings, with an acquisition of 48,781 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.410 each. Malone’s direct interest remains at 15,400 shares, while his indirect interest through BB Management Holdings Pty Limited has increased to 2,393,810 shares, alongside various unquoted options with different expiry dates.
