Railtown AI Technologies Inc. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $2.1 million through the sale of 7 million units at $0.30 each. Each unit includes a common share and half a warrant, with warrants exercisable at $0.60. The offering was completed under a Canadian securities exemption and involved cash commissions to finders.
