Raffles Education Corporation (SG:NR7) has released an update.
Raffles Education Corporation has announced through its subsidiary, Oriental University City Holdings (H.K.) Limited, the proposed sale of a property in Langfang, China, for RMB 110 million, equivalent to around HK$121.19 million or S$20.63 million. The deal is contingent on approval from OUCHK’s shareholders. Shareholders are encouraged to consult professional advisers and exercise caution when trading the company’s shares.
