Raffles Education Plans S$20M Bond Issue

Raffles Education (SG:NR7) has released an update.

Raffles Education Limited is set to raise S$20 million through the issuance of 5-year unsecured bonds, with a high interest rate of 10.5% per annum. These non-convertible bonds will be unlisted and issued in denominations of S$250,000, available under specific terms and conditions. Investors should note that the company reserves the right to redeem the bonds before the maturity date, with prior notice.
