Raffles Education Issues First Bonds Tranche

Raffles Education (SG:NR7) has released an update.

Raffles Education Limited has announced the successful issuance of S$2,000,000 in non-convertible bonds to selected first tranche subscribers as part of its ongoing efforts to raise an aggregate principal amount of S$20,000,000. The list of subscribers includes prominent names with individual investments ranging from S$250,000 to S$500,000. The company promises to keep shareholders informed about future developments related to the bond issue.
