Raffles Education Limited has successfully completed a further issuance of S$10,500,000 in non-convertible bonds to its first tranche subscribers, with a notable S$10,000,000 subscribed by a key investor, Chew Hua Seng. This brings the total issued to S$12,500,000, as part of their ongoing proposed bond issue plan.
