Radiopharm Theranostics Limited has announced the application for the quotation of 8,571,429 new ordinary fully paid shares under the ASX code RAD, following approval from an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on April 15, 2024. These shares are to be issued to Lind Global Fund II, with the issue date set for May 15, 2024.
