Rackla Metals Inc. is set to raise $4.0 million through a non-brokered private placement, offering different unit options to investors for financing exploration and drilling activities on their Tombstone Gold Belt properties. The proceeds will also support the acquisition of new mineral properties and provide general working capital. Approval from the TSX Venture Exchange is pending for the closure of this offering.
