QV Equities Limited has announced the indicative results of shareholder elections following its proposed acquisition by WAM Leaders Limited, with about one-third opting for cash consideration and two-thirds for stock consideration. Shareholders who did not submit a valid election will automatically receive stock consideration. The final results will be determined after the record date on July 8, 2024.
