QV Equities Limited has announced the legal finalization of its acquisition by WAM Leaders Limited following approval by the Federal Court of Australia. The company’s shares are expected to be suspended from trading on the ASX at the close of today’s session. Shareholders of QV Equities are set to receive their Scheme Consideration on 15 July 2024, with details provided in the Scheme Booklet.
