QV Equities Ltd (AU:QVE) has released an update.
The Federal Court of Australia has approved a scheme of arrangement for WAM Leaders Limited to acquire all shares of QV Equities Limited, with the deal becoming legally effective immediately upon filing with ASIC. QV Equities will suspend trading on the ASX from the close of business today. Shareholders of QV Equities will receive their scheme consideration, which may include a combination of scrip and cash, on the expected implementation date of 15 July 2024.
