QV Equities Ltd (AU:QVE) has released an update.
QV Equities Limited has successfully completed its acquisition by WAM Leaders Limited, with the merger receiving shareholder and Federal Court approval, resulting in the delisting of QV Equities from the ASX. Shareholders received cash or shares in WAM Leaders as part of the agreement, with trading of new shares to begin the following day. The transition also included a reshuffle of the board of directors and company secretary.
