Quilter Plc (GB:QLT) has released an update.
Quilter PLC has announced that Penny Cole, the Human Resources Director and a person with managerial responsibilities, has been granted options for 4,469 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 83 pence each, under the company’s 2024 Sharesave Plan. These options are set to become exercisable after a three-year savings period, with an exercise window from July 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The transaction took place on May 8, 2024, outside of a trading venue.
