Quilter Plc has disclosed a transaction by Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director Marcus Brookes, involving the vesting and subsequent sale of shares awarded under the Quilter Share Reward Plan. On April 22, 2024, Brookes vested 19,673 shares and sold 9,279 of them to cover tax liabilities and dealing costs, with the sale executed on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £0.995 per share.
