Quilter PLC has announced board changes, with Neeta Atkar stepping into new roles as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee, following Tim Breedon’s departure. Atkar’s extensive experience in governance and remuneration is highlighted, alongside the appointments of Alison Morris to the Board Remuneration Committee and Chris Hill as the Workforce Engagement Director.
