QuickFee Ltd. has successfully completed an oversubscribed Share Purchase Plan (SPP), raising a total of A$4.4 million to fund loan book growth and support its expansion in the US and Australian markets. The capital raise included a well-received A$3.75 million placement in May 2024, and the SPP was expanded to accommodate investor demand, with shares expected to start trading soon. This financial boost is aimed at supporting QuickFee’s strategic growth plans and its high-margin Finance product, with revenues already seeing significant increases in both regions.
