QuickFee Ltd. (AU:QFE) has released an update.
QuickFee Limited has launched a Share Purchase Plan (SPP), offering about 6.25 million new shares to eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders, aiming to raise up to A$0.5 million for funding growth and covering Capital Raising costs. The SPP, part of a larger Capital Raising effort announced earlier this month, is now open and will close on June 11, 2024, with Thorney Investment Group agreeing to cover any shortfall up to A$0.5 million. Investors must consult the SPP Booklet for details and terms before participating, as shareholder approval for the new share issue is not required.
