QuickFee Limited has successfully raised A$3.75 million through a share placement at A$0.08 per share, with strong support from institutional investors, including participation from major shareholders and directors. Additionally, the company has announced a Share Purchase Plan to raise an extra A$0.5 million, allowing eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders to further invest up to A$30,000 each. The funds are earmarked to fuel loan book growth and continue the company’s profitable expansion in the US and Australian markets.
