Canadian Palladium Resources Inc. (TSE:BULL) has released an update.
Quest Critical Metals Inc., previously known as Canadian Palladium Resources Inc., has announced a private placement financing initiative to raise between $1.3 million and $3 million by selling units at $0.35 each. Each unit includes a common share and a purchase warrant, which allows buying an additional share at $0.45 within two years. The offering, not available in Quebec, requires no hold period under Canadian law and is set to close around May 20, 2024, with standard regulatory and closing conditions.
