Qube Holdings Ltd. (AU:QUB) has released an update.

Qube Holdings Ltd. has announced that Director Alan Miles participated in the company’s Non-executive Director Equity Plan for the fiscal year 2025, acquiring 8,846 rights to ordinary shares at a value of $3.8538 per right, through the sacrifice of board fees. The change, registered under Citicorp Nominees Pty Limited for Alan Miles as the beneficial holder, did not involve any trading during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
