Quartz Mountain Secures $3.26M for Project Exploration

Quartz Mountain Resources (TSE:QZM) has released an update.

Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. is set to bolster its financial position by raising $3.26 million through the private issuance of 9.3 million shares, with The Sutton Group Inc. becoming a significant stakeholder by acquiring a 25.8% share. The funds will primarily support the exploration of the company’s copper-gold-silver projects in British Columbia. This strategic move excludes U.S. investors and will be conducted without paying any commissions.
