Quanzhou Huixin Declares Year-End Dividend

Quanzhou Huixin Micro-credit Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:1577) has released an update.

Quanzhou Huixin Micro-credit Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.05 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, with a payment date set for 15 August 2024. The dividend will be paid to shareholders at the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.099348, equating to HKD 0.054967 per share. Withholding tax rates will be 10% for non-resident corporate shareholders and 20% for individual shareholders, although tax treaties may allow for variations.
