QuantumScape (QS) has released an update.
QuantumScape Corporation has announced the appointment of Dr. Siva Sivaram as the new CEO and a Board member, starting February 15, 2024, following a strategic year-long succession plan. Dr. Sivaram, with a wealth of experience in tech and manufacturing, succeeds Jagdeep Singh, who remains Chairman. Sivaram’s compensation includes a base salary, bonus potential, and both performance-based and time-based restricted stock units. Singh’s transition will see him retain his equity awards, but he will forgo future CEO compensation, continuing only with his chairman’s role.
