QuantumPharm Inc. has announced the partial exercise of the Over-allotment Option, with the Overall Coordinators acquiring an additional 8,796,000 shares, which is about 4.69% of the initial Global Offering. The shares are priced at HK$5.28 each and will facilitate the return of borrowed shares used in the International Offering. The stabilization period for the Global Offering has concluded, and the Over-allotment Shares are set to start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 10, 2024.
