Quantum Blockchain Technologies Plc has announced an amendment to the Sale & Repurchase Agreement between CEO Francesco Gardin and MC Strategies AG, extending the repurchase date for 5 million shares to September 30, 2024, and adjusting the repurchase price to reflect a 5% yearly interest. The company, which is focusing on aggressive R&D in blockchain and related technologies, notes that Gardin remains a significant shareholder with ownership of an additional 29.3 million shares, representing 2.27% of the total issued share capital.
