Quantum BioPharma, formerly known as FSD Pharma, has announced the completion of its rebranding and a 65:1 stock consolidation, now trading under the new ticker ‘QNTM’. The company has also finalized a private placement, raising funds for general working capital, while adjusting outstanding convertible securities to align with the consolidation.
