Quanex Building Products Corporation has enriched its Board of Directors with the appointment of two seasoned executives, Manish H. Shah and Amit Singhi. Shah, a digital transformation leader with extensive IT and advisory experience, and Singhi, a finance expert with a background in industrial technology and automotive sectors, will bring their diverse skill sets to the company’s board. Both are set to contribute significantly to the Board’s Audit Committee and potentially the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, enhancing Quanex’s leadership as they draw on their vast industry experience.
