Qualitas Director Increases Shareholding

Qualitas Limited (AU:QAL) has released an update.

Qualitas Limited has announced a change in Director JoAnne Stephenson’s holdings, where she acquired an additional 4,399 Ordinary Shares at a price of $2.386576 each, due to a director’s fee increase. This on-market purchase bumps her total ownership to 14,399 shares, in addition to 60,000 shares held in a superannuation fund trust. No shares were disposed of during this transaction.
