Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund has announced a dividend distribution for its fully paid ordinary units, with a payment of AUD 0.011498 per unit. The ex-date is set for January 6, 2025, with the record date on January 7, 2025, and payments to be disbursed on January 15, 2025. Investors interested in dividend reinvestment should note the DRP election deadline on January 8, 2025.
