Qoria Ltd. has completed the repayment of convertible notes issued to W8 Ventures during the acquisition of Qustodio in 2022, and in the process, has issued 46,356 new shares to address the accrued interest. The company has also fulfilled the necessary legal requirements under the Corporations Act 2001 without needing to disclose to investors, maintaining compliance with financial reporting and disclosure obligations.
