In a recent announcement, QMines Limited disclosed that Director Elissa Hansen has experienced a significant change in her interest in the company’s securities. This change is due to the conversion of 900,000 Performance Rights into fully paid ordinary shares, estimated at $0.061 per share, altering her total holdings to 1,500,000 shares in Market Capital and 2,837,952 shares in Beth Capital, with a portion set to be released from escrow soon.
