QMines Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Andrew Sparke, who has increased his indirect interest in the company through transactions involving Turkey Investments Pty Ltd and Sparkle AS Investments Pty Ltd. Sparke acquired an additional 5,000,000 shares through Turkey Investments and 2,340,426 shares through Sparkle AS Investments, with the total consideration for the shares amounting to $345,000. Following the transaction, Sparke’s total holdings amount to 37,493,083 shares in Turkey Investments and 2,340,426 in Sparkle, with no shares disposed of during the change.
