China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Limited announced that all proposed resolutions were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders at their Annual General Meeting held on June 26, 2024. Key resolutions included the re-election of directors, the appointment of auditors, and the approval of share repurchase and issuance mandates. Each resolution received approximately 98.13% votes in favor, reflecting strong shareholder support for the Board’s recommendations.
