Qidian International Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the issuance and subscription of new shares under its general mandate, resulting in the allotment of 158,627,138 new shares and a shift in shareholding structure. The new capital, amounting to approximately HK$81.39 million, is earmarked to repay debt and for general corporate expenses. A noteworthy change in the ownership is the emergence of Subscriber I as a substantial shareholder, now holding approximately 13.92% of the company post-completion.
