Qidian International Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the subscription of new shares, resulting in the issuance of 530 million shares at HK$0.35 each, totaling HK$185.5 million. This transaction was funded by offsetting the same amount from existing shareholder loans, thus not generating any additional net proceeds for the company. The deal significantly altered the company’s shareholding structure, with the subscriber’s stake soaring to approximately 74.96% of the enlarged share capital.
