QBE Insurance Director Steps Down

QBE Insurance Group Limited (AU:QBE) has released an update.

Sir Brian Walter Pomeroy has stepped down from his position as a director of QBE Insurance Group Limited as of May 10, 2024, according to the final director’s interest notice submitted to the ASX. Despite having no registered securities in his name, he holds a beneficial interest in 47,942 fully paid ordinary shares via CPU Share Plans Pty Limited as Trustee for the Directors’ Share Acquisition Plan. No interests in contracts were reported in association with his departure.
