QANTM Intellectual Property Ltd. has received an unsolicited proposal from IPH Limited for a potential acquisition through a scheme of arrangement, which includes share exchanges and a special dividend. The deal is contingent on due diligence, unanimous board support, regulatory approvals, and other conditions. QANTM advises shareholders to await further developments as they also engage with Adamantem on a separate potential transaction.
