Q Technology (Group) Company Limited announces an extraordinary general meeting slated for June 28, 2024, to approve resolutions concerning its Continuing Connected Transaction Agreements, including the adoption of revised annual caps for the next three years and the authorization of a New Share Scheme. Shareholders will vote on the approval and adoption of the New Share Scheme, which allows for the granting of share options and awards, and the termination of the Existing Share Option Scheme in favor of the new one.
