Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. has announced a private placement with intentions to raise up to $200,000 by offering 10 million units at $0.02 each. Each unit includes a flow-through share and a half warrant, which allows purchasing additional shares at $0.05 over two years. The funds raised will support mineral exploration in Quebec, and all securities will be subject to a four-month holding period.
