Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. has announced a flow through private placement aiming to raise $150,000 by offering up to 10 million Units at $0.015 each, subject to CSE approval. Each Unit includes a common share and half a warrant, with full warrants allowing the purchase of additional shares at $0.05 for two years. The funds raised will be allocated for mineral exploration activities in Quebec.
