Pyxis Tankers Inc. announces a monthly dividend of $0.1615 per share on its 7.75% Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock for October 2024, with a payment date of October 20. Additionally, the company plans to redeem all outstanding Series A Preferred Shares at $25.00 per share on the same date.
