Puxing Energy Ltd. has made significant changes to its board with the redesignation of Mr. Yuan Feng as an executive director and the appointment of Ms. Li Yunjuan as a non-executive director. Additionally, the company has seen the resignation of Mr. Tse Chi Man and Mr. Yao Xianguo from their positions as independent non-executive directors and committee chairs, with their roles being filled by new appointees Mr. Wu Chongguo and Ms. Wu Ying.
